Shipping and Return Policy

Processing Times

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Generally orders are fulfilled within 3-5 working days.


We use UPS, FedEx and USPS to deliver all of our orders.

Order Tracking

We will update your order with the tracking information and send an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. We only provide shipping to addresses in the United States at this time. All orders of $35 or more receive free shipping.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final

Because each order is custom printed or embroidered, we do not accept returns or exchanges but we will remake your order free of charge if there is a manufacturing defect or you were shipped the wrong color/size. All notifications of wrong color or sizes must be made within 48 hours of delivery. For those deliveries without a time stamp, 48 hours will be start at midnight on the date after delivery.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return, the original receipt and return authorization number.
